The mission behind momnt is personal. I’ve always believed in the power of moving forward and finding joy in the small things, but I also know firsthand that just starting isn't always as simple as it sounds. Mental health is a cause incredibly close to my heart because I’ve seen how quickly the weight of the world can make even the smallest step feel like a mountain. Choosing to partner with Mind was about finding a community that understands that struggle and works to ensure mental health is something to be honest about instead of something to be ashamed of.
Over the last few years, Mind has been at the heart of a massive transformation by moving these conversations from the shadows to the dinner table. But as they rightly say, there is still so much more to be done. Waiting lists are far too long and a generation of young people is dealing with levels of anxiety and trauma that simply cannot be ignored. Support should not be a lottery. It should be a fundamental right for everyone.
By supporting Mind, a portion of what we do at momnt goes directly toward funding their local networks, school programs, and workplace advocacy. I want this brand to be a reminder to check in on yourself and those around you. More importantly, I want it to be part of the collective effort that changes how we think and act about our mental health, allowing people to open up and get the help they need.
