Shipping - UK/Channel Islands

Please allow 3-5 working days for UK Standard and
1-2 working days for UK Express.

Returns

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or it's not what you ordered, we'll make it right.

You have 30 days to request a return. Just email us at hello@inthemomnt.co.uk or start your return here. Send photos if you can so we can see what's happened.

We'll send you a free return label. Once we receive it back and inspect, we'll approve your refund and process it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank might take a few days after that.

Changed Your Mind

You have 14 days from receipt to cancel your order and get your money back — that's your legal right. We ask that the item is unworn, tags still on, and in original packaging.

You'll arrange and cover the return shipping cost. Once we receive and inspect it, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Prefer an Exchange Instead?

Don't want to go through the refund process? No problem. Just let us know what size or colour you'd like instead and return the original item to us (we cover that postage). Once we receive it, we'll send out your replacement for free. Email hello@inthemomnt.co.uk to arrange.

Got a genuine fault with the product? We still want to know. Email hello@inthemomnt.co.uk and we'll look at it.
